Hi, I’m the Blithe Bachelorette. My real name is Charity J. Edwards, and here are the things you should know about me:
I love Jesus, my family, the color pink, and the feeling of walking into a library.
I don’t love strawberries, puppies that bite, and jeans that don’t fit.
Somewhere in the middle of all the old Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, and Boxcar Kids books in elementary school, I decided that I needed to be a writer. Today, I have a blog. It is nice and good (I hope). I am also working on writing a book about Gospel-Centered singleness; when I finish, there shall be much rejoicing in Blithe Bachelorette-ville.
I’m not at all pretentious; what you see is what you get. I have layers, but they’re less like onion/ogre layers and more like parfait layers – in a clear cup.
Oh, and I’ve lived in seven states and three countries. I think that (along with my luscious locks) is the probably the most awesome thing about me.
