WOMEN/GIRLS – all dresses should come from jjshouse.com.

If you are assigned Burgundy, here are your instructions:

  • Color: Burgundy
  • Floor-length, no train
  • On jjshouse.com, shop in the Wedding Party section. (If you find a dress in the other sections, run it by me first.)
  • Any fabric EXCEPT taffeta
  • Any style
  • Solid color (no two-tone dresses)
  • No florals
  • Try to keep the cleavage to a minimum (I’m tryna be the hot one here, okay?)
  • Wear appropriate shoes that you are comfortable in. No flip-flops or crazy colors, please

If you are assigned light pink (long), here are your instructions:

  • Color: Blushing Pink (please pay attention, because there’s also a blush pink, and that’s not the right color)
  • Floor-length, no train
  • On jjshouse.com, shop in the Wedding Party section. (If you find a dress in the other sections, run it by me first.)
  • Any fabric
  • Any style
  • Solid color (no two-tone dresses)
  • No florals
  • Wear appropriate shoes that you are comfortable in. No flip-flops or crazy colors, please

If you are assigned light pink (ribbon person), here are your instructions:

  • Color: Blushing Pink (please pay attention, because there’s also a blush pink, and that’s not the right color)
  • Any length, no train
  • Any fabric
  • Any style
  • No flowers
  • Wear appropriate shoes that you are comfortable in. No flip-flops or crazy colors or light-up, please

**For any of these outfits, you are absolutely welcome to get a dress from a different place, as long as it’s your assigned color. Feel free to order swatches from jjshouse.com, if that makes it easier for you. If you are more comfortable in a jumpsuit or pants of some sort, all the same rules apply.**

(The thing I love about jjshouse is that you can pay an extra $20 and get it custom sized to your particular measurements, thus saving heaps of money on alterations.)

MEN/BOYS

MEN:

(It is okay if you find another brand/style that fits you better; please just be sure that you get a light pink one that is long-sleeved. I don’t care if it has a pocket or not.)

Brian will wear a burgundy shirt, and I’m still figuring out his tie.

BOYS:

(It is okay if you find another brand/style that fits you better; please just be sure that you get a light pink one that is long-sleeved. I don’t care if it has a pocket or not.)

All men and boys, please wear all-black shoes in any style, and black or gray socks.

LIZZIE/RING BEARER

(Still under negotiation, but probably a burgundy velvet suit.)

Please wear a light pink or white shirt (with or without collar, doesn’t matter), and shoes that are comfortable and match your outfit.

BETHANY/MOH

You can go with the burgundy women’s option or get an outfit that is the same gray as the men’s suits, as long as it’s floor-length.
